Shipping and Returns
After finalizing your chart design, your order will be printed and shipped in 5–7 business days. If you've ordered a Digital Download chart, you'll receive a download link immediately after completing your purchase.
12" x 12" charts are sent in a heavyweight flat envelope. 16" x 16" and 20" x 20" charts are sent in a sturdy 3" shipping tube.
Shipping is free on all prints shipped within the US. International shipping rates apply. Charts are shipped via USPS Ground and are subject to standard shipping times based on your location. Tracking numbers can be found in your Chart Designer > Account page after your chart has shipped.
While we can not be responsible for mishandling during shipping, please reach out if your order arrives with damage—we are committed to helping customers resolve shipping issues.
***Please note: Finalized chart designs must be submitted by TUESDAY, DECEMBER 10 in order to ensure a delivery date before December 25.***
If you experience any problems with the print quality or delivery condition of your chart, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We'll do our best to resolve your issues.
Given that each chart is personalized to a customer, we unfortunately can not accept chart returns. If you would like to request a re-print or a refund, please reach out and we can make appropriate arrangements.
